De huurprijs is exclusief energieverbruik. Het terras ligt op de zuidkant van de woning. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. In het dorp vindt u een supermarkt, Primera, kinderkledingboetiek, snackbar, cafe/restaurant en het Landbouwjuttersmuseum. Op loopafstand bevindt zich een complex met fitnessruimte, bowlingbanen, sporthal, overdekt zwembad met glijbaan, midgetgolfbaan en tennisbanen(hardcourt). Even buiten het dorp ligt een meervalkwekerij met 3 forellenvisvijvers.
