Sjoerd: A tough all-rounder, sun-tanned with sand in his hair. With crow´s feet at his eyes, he gazes into the distance, looking out over the beach and the North Sea.
Sjoerd makes a combination of street food, classics and Mediterranean. He loves honest, sustainable and local produce. Sjoerd won´t beat around the bush, he doesn´t want to be conned himself.
