Rust en comfort
  • Rustige locatie en goede geluidsisolatie, niets van buren gehoord
  • Geen algemene voorraden aanwezig dus je moet alles zelf meenemen (koffie, kruiden, vuilniszakken etc.)
  • Balansventilatie aanwezig, alle ramen kunnen daardoor dicht en toch heb je altijd perfecte frisse lucht
  • Fietsafstand tot strand is vele malen verder dan advertentie doet vermoeden (4500 meter i.t.t. 1500)
