Veel ruimte rondom het huis. Schommel, zithoek, picknick tafel, je kan badminton spelen of balletje trappen

Ligt `strategisch`. Er is een binnendoor pad waardoor je zo op het strand bent. Nes is dichtbij, en voor kleine kinderen: de speelhal in Buren is ook vlakbij
